Ginni Field began her real estate career in 1986 as a sales associate and was recruited to manage a branch in 1989. She was awarded REALTOR® Associate of the Year in 1991 and REALTOR® of the Year 1998 by the Greater Fairfield Association of REALTORS® in Fairfield, Connecticut and served as president of the Greater Fairfield Association of REALTORS® in 1997.
Ginni served as California Association of REALTORS® Director for 10 years and as a National Association of REALTORS® Director for 7 years. As a CAR Director, Ginni served on the Executive committee of the California Association of Realtors in 2007 as well as other committees over the years.
At the national level, Ginni has served on the National Association of REALTORS Professional Development Committee and recently was appointed to the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Manager’s (CRB) board of directors and the CRB Professional Development Committee.
Within her extensive experience, Ginni holds several designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sales & Foreclosure Certification (SFR), and HAFA Certification and is an NAR instructor teaching designation courses.
