A familiar face in the REALTOR(R) family, Marcie is active in every aspect of real estate-active sales, brokerage, training, and serving on NAR committees as well as her work with her local board.  Marcie's expertise in Real Estate Brokerage Training is evidenced by her work with Real Estate Broker's Policy and Procedures Manual and the new Social Media/Internet Policies and Procedures Manual for Real Estate Brokerages.  Her serving on the NAR Professional Standards and Risk Management Committees continue to demonstrate her long standing commitment to excellence.

Having been a REALTOR® for 40 years, 38 of them in the role of Broker, Marcie understands the challenges that Brokers are facing, particularly this year and the past few.  Her training style is fun and thought provoking with a practical application to the material that is customized to her clients! A featured speaker at several CRB functions-especially in Texas, Marcie’s presentations are ‘spot on’ for what you are looking for in an educational experience. It’s very exciting to bring those skills forward to the CRB courses.  Marcie serves as this year’s vice chair of the CRB Professional Development Committee.

Marcie is the author of Buyer Representation for the Real Estate Professional as well as a featured author for several publications across the REALTOR® family periodicals.  A risk management/real estate law expertise also takes her to fascinating court cases as an Expert Witness, which of course brings interesting cases to the classroom as well!
