Deborah has had a varied career in both the real estate and training professions As a consulting firm owner she designed and developed training for both the real estate industry and other business fields.  As Vice President and Director of Training at the largest independent in Illinois she led the company’s training through growth from 800 to 1800 sales professionals.  While leading a branch office at the same company she was the number one recruiting branch in a field of 30 branches.  She has worked as a national trainer for Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services with responsibilities for designing and developing national training programs. While a Business Consultant for the same company she advised companies all though out the western United States in effective management and productivity strategies.   DeBoer is an ABR Instructor, has achieved the GRI designation and the CRB designation and is a Certified Career Development Specialist with Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services.  Currently she is the Director of the Alaska Academy of Real Estate which provides prelicensing and post licensing education, and a Manager at the Number 1 real estate company in Alaska, Prudential Jack White/Vista Real Estate in Anchorage.  DeBoer holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity Christian College in Illinois and a graduate degree in Training and Instructional Design from Governor State University in Illinois.  Her mission statement is:  Be kind, be brave, be grateful and have fun every day.  That is reflected in the manner in which she design, implements and oversees programs that increase the skills, knowledge and success of those people she has the pleasure to teach.
